Hi everyone, I’m back once again with another update for My Siren Crush Remix! This major update includes a number of changes, additions and improvements to the game such as a simple episode select feature, an overhaul to the quick menu on Android and some minor UI changes as well as another freshly remade Lexi Episode!

Lexi

• Added Season 1 Episode 6 to the game!

Episode Select

• Added a basic Episode Select feature! When selecting a route, you will now see a choice menu allowing you to choose a specific episode instead of having to skim through multiple episodes to read the episode that you want to read!
• Added an “Episode Select” button to the in-game menu. (I was going to add this button to the start menu, but I need to figure out how to implement this without any errors.)
• As a result of the new Episode Select feature, the text “Make sure to save regularly so you don't lose progress!” which appears at the end of each episode has been made mostly redundant so it’s being removed with this update except for the ending of the first episode of each season.

Android

• The quick menu has received a major overhaul on Android Phones. A hamburger menu now appears at the top left corner of the screen and when tapped, shows a quick menu similar to the PC and Mac versions of the game.
• Fixed a bug where the namebox would not automatically resize itself on Android phones.
• Slightly reduced the width of lines of dialog on Android phones.

Arianna

• Fixed a small typo for a line of text signifying the start of Arianna’s Special Episode 3.
• Made a few adjustments to the position of Arianna’s Mermaid character sprite at the start of Special Episode 3 so she doesn’t appear like she’s floating in midair. (I might make more changes to her character sprite positions in future updates.)

UI

• I removed the “Tumblr” button in the main menu (which takes you to my Tumblr blog) because I feel that this feature is unnecessary.
• Changed the position of the blue CTC (Click to continue) icon in game from appearing next to lines of dialog to the bottom right corner of the dialog box, just like the original Lovestruck version. (I made this change to fix an issue where the CTC icon would be in a weird position in the dialog box when a line of text runs out of width to properly display the icon.)
• Increased the size of the CTC icon on Android devices.
• Changed the UI of the choice menus from the drab and boring brown buttons to the more pretty blue buttons.
• The quick save button in the save and load menus has been made redundant and has been removed. It has been replaced by a 10^th save/load menu button.
• The “About” menu button will now only appear in the main menu. It will no longer appear in the in-game menu.
• The “Save” button in the quick menu has been replaced with a higher quality version.

Sprites

• More adjustments to MC’s character sprite. (This time for her casual, non-jacket outfit sprite.)

Other

• Made backend changes to the game’s code to improve loading times and to make it easier for me to make content for the game.
